This article offers an overview over the used harddrive space for each UCS 4.2 system role. The size is determined after the first start and the successful domain join of the system.
The recommended disk space for a typical UCS 4.2 Master installation is 8GB. Even though it can be installed in a small disk, a production system would not perform as expected. During updates and through log files, more space will be required as indicated in the table.
For this overview each system was installed with no extra packages offered during installation.
